YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed training with a commercial or technical background
• e.g. as an industrial clerk, warehouse logistics specialist, wood technician (m/f/d)
• Professional experience as a dispatcher or in internal sales is an advantage
• Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
• Assertiveness and ability to work independently, as well as social skills
• Technical understanding

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• responsible for the processing of customer orders
• First point of contact for our customers for order-related queries
• Quantity and on-time scheduling of raw materials and supplies
• Obtaining quotations; monitoring delivery dates
• As a purchaser, you monitor the procurement markets and optimise internal and external procurement processes
